Nola Girl's Gumbo uses fresh ingredients starting with what is commonly known as "the trinity" to New Orleanians. The trinity consists of onion, bell pepper, and celery which offer the distinct taste uniquely found in all creole dishes.

HOURS & LOCATION
We currently do not have a brick-and-mortar location. This means we set up a "pop-up shop" every Friday & Saturday unless there is a special event at another location. Along with our pop-up we offer bulk/family-style pans, large catering, and shipping options.
